Everyone deserves to treat their mind and body to times of deep relaxation for stress management, pain relief or injury rehabilitation. 

I am pleased to provide Swedish massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy in my home in Ashland, Oregon as well as in the comfort and privacy of your own Ashland home. If you are short on time, come see me at the Ashland YMCA for a chair massage.  

My style utilizes long, slow strokes designed to work both muscle and fascia and create an integrated whole body sensory experience resulting in relaxation and an increased sense of well-being. Areas of muscular tension are addressed with specific deep work as needed.
