Chair massage at the Ashland YMCA - Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

I understand that unanticipated events and sudden illness happen occasionally in everyone’s life. I strive to be compassionate and fair to all clients, so the following policies are honored: 

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please provide as much notice as possible by phone call, with a minimum of 24 hours. Emergency situations and illness will be handled at the practitioner’s discretion. 
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets to show up at my office, cancels the day of, or is not at home if I am traveling to them, will be considered a no-show. They will be warned and if it happens again, they will be charged for their missed appointment.

Please be ready at your scheduled time. The time we set aside for your appointment is completely yours. If the start time is delayed, the session will still end at the time scheduled. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session, so please plan your time accordingly. If a table session is to take place in your home, please allow 15 additional minutes for set up and take down.
Illness

Please cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible if you have symptoms of an illness such as cold or flu, fever, full-body skin rash or a contagious infection. If you fail to cancel and arrive with one of these symptoms, the session will be rescheduled. This is to protect the health of both the client and the therapist.
